I enjoyed the large pool area. It had many sunbeds available. The hotel's proximity to restaurants proved convenient. A short walk got me to various dining options.

Some staff members were not particularly friendly. Getting assistance sometimes reminded me of an imposition. I also found limited entertainment options on-site after 9 p.m. Food choices were restricted.

i secured a swim up room, and i found the privacy and convenience excellent. the room itself was newly decorated, spacious, and clean (the size was particularly notable). the daily housekeeping service kept everything tidy, and beach towels were always readily available from reception.

The breakfast buffet's layout needs improvement. Those waiting for eggs often blocked access to the rest of the buffet. i observed that a better flow would enhance the experience.

the pool was okay, i guess.

The service was shockingly slow. i ordered a drink at the bar and pretty sure the bartender went to another island to get the ingredients. The wait was ridiculous! also, the room's decor looked like it hadn't been updated since the early 2000s, with a very questionable choice of colors. it seemed like stepping back into a time capsule of bad taste, honestly.
